Why use a Migration Agent?
As there are currently hundreds of different visa
sub classes, a registered Migration Agent will ensure that your application is submitted under the correct category for migration
which will offer you the best opportunity of a successful outcome. Visa application fees, which can often amount to
several thousand dollars, are generally non-refundable if your application for immigration is unsuccessful. By using
a migration consultant with MZ Migration, you can be sure that your visa application will be collated and lodged correctly
and avoid delay of processing with the Department of Immigration.
All practising agents in Australia
are required to be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), and New Zealand Agents must be registered
with the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA). Migration registration/licensure can only be obtained if the Agent has
completed their relevent education in Australian and New Zealand Immigration Law and demonstrates a thorough knowledge
of visa policy and regulations, as well as continues to participate annually in continued professional development programs.
Agents are also bound by strict Codes of Conduct set down by the MARA and IAA. You can also be assured that registered
migration agents will automatically receive all the latest policy information and changes to relevant migration law and visa
regulations as advised by the Department of Immigration.

of services unless we have assessed your eligibility for a suitable visa and are confident of your success. We will often
