Online Queries
- Our online advice service allows you to receive comprehensive advice from a Registered Migration Agent on immigration
policies, visas, medical registration, or various application matters within 24 hours. This means you can get immediate
detailed answers to your various questions from a qualified expert, without requiring you to contract our full services on
an ongoing basis. The charge for this one-off service is only $25.00 per question, please see our Online Query page.
Phone Consultation - A phone consultation can be organized for candidates who prefer
to speak with a Registered Migration Agent by phone, rather than submitting individual queries online. The consultation service
allows you to have your migration queries answered from a qualified professional. Fees for a phone consultation
range from $55 - $105, depending on the level of advice required.
Initial Assessment
/ Quote - Completes a full assessment of your specific visa pathway and eligibility in detail by examining your
qualifications, experience, background, family situation, etc, which determines your application’s likelihood of
success and whether it is in your best interest to proceed with an application. This is always required before initiating
contracts for representation with MZ Migration, as it allows us to assess the application in detail and generate
a specific quote for our services based on the work involved. The cost of an initial consultation is $105.00,
and this cost for assessment would be deducted from our representation fee if the you decide to contract our full representation
services.
Limited Assistance – This package provides assistance with your application
for any temporary / permanent visas or occupational registration in Australia and New Zealand. Clients may tailor their
package to fit the level of assistance required, including: providing application forms, document checklists, and detailed
instructions to pursue their own application, as well as application review before lodgment and ongoing advice. Under
our Limited Assistance, there is no representation by a Migration Agent, as the applicant collates and submits their
own applications directly to assessment authorities and the Dept of Immigration. Generally, further advice/assistance
is additional, and can be accessed through our Online Queries or Phone Consultations. If you later
decide to employ the services of MZ Migration for full assistance and representation of the same case, the initial fee already
paid for Limited Assistance will be deducted from our fees.
Full Representation - Migration services
for full clients include complete management of their file, as we are contracted to represent the applicant on their
complete applications to assessment authorities and the Department of Immigration. This includes a Migration Agent providing
all required forms, checklists and instructions of the application, collating and lodging all applications, direct correspondence
and follow-up with the Dept of Immigration and relevant authorities, including continued availability to the Client
for unlimited queries/assistance within the scope of the visa application for the duration of the application process.
Travel Services - MZ Migration is a full service travel agency and can assist in your travel arrangements both
domestic and international. We can provide advice, information and bookings for airfares, holidays, business trips,
accommodation, car rental, and travel insurance to anywhere in the world. If a visa is required to enter the country
in which we are booking travel for you, we will advise accordingly and we can also organize the appropriate entry visas
on your behalf. Please see our Travel Services page and complete the online travel form and an agent will get back to you with available options within 48 hours.
Medical Registration – MZ Migration can assist in determining eligibility of overseas trained
doctors for Australia and New Zealand, as well as full assistance in collating and lodging the appropriate applications. This
service also includes assistance and representation in obtaining the correct visa to work as a medical practitioner in AUS/NZ.
MZ Migration can offer full assistance in the registration/licensure application process, or you can also utilize
our Online Query service if you just have a few questions. We can answer queries in all areas of registration including time frames,
application completion and questions surrounding the Australian Medical Council, NZ Medical Council, Specialty Colleges, Medical
Boards, Medicare, and Work Visas.
Student Exchange – Experienced study abroad
agents can offer full assistance in locating a suitable study abroad program anywhere in the world to fit your needs, manage
your program and school enrollment, assist with possible grants/student loans, and also acquire the appropriate student
visa.
We offer a basic package of initial advice and consultation for $95.00, which will give
you the general information to choose the right student exchange program for you. Then if you choose to go ahead
with studying abroad, there is the option of full service or limited assistance.
Job Matching/Recruitment
– Offered to candidates needing assistance in finding work in Australia and New Zealand, particularly
for candidates who may require employer sponsorship to be eligible for a visa. Recruitment services require a deposit
of $100.00, and include representation to potential employers, pursuing positions of interest on your behalf, corresponding
with employers, arranging interviews, and negotiating employer sponsorship for your visa.
Your $100 deposit
is refundable in circumstances that we are unable to place you in employment, and these recruitment services can be re-enlisted
on a month to month basis. Upon securing employment, our final fee is only 2% of your contracted annual salary for the
first year of employment. Please see our Employment Services page for details.
Resume/CV
Assistance – This is an extra service offered to assist clients in writing a new resume from scratch or
would just like assistance or advice with updating or revising their current resume; beneficial for both job searching and
visa application purposes. This is an additional service available to our clients for a fee ranging from $45 for
basic revisions to $105 for full resume writing.
